Leisure Facilities
The use of Leisure facilities at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Preston can be added on to any visit to Elements Day Spa for £25.00 this includes Robes & Towels, access all day and some ESPA treats .
Pool, steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi available.
Please be aware some days have swim or aqua classes scheduled in the pool, you will be notified in this event at the time of booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for all of our treatments or for a value of your choice and are valid for 6 months.
If you would like any advice about our treatments or packages please don’t hesitate to call us as we are happy to help in anyway we can.
LARGE GROUPS
For large and group bookings we require payment in full at the time of booking and ask for 7 days notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Any bookings cancelled with 72 hours notice will have 50% of the amount paid refunded, under 72 hours notice will not be refunded.
HEALTH PROBLEMS / ALLERGIES
For your health and well being please disclose at the time of booking if you have any medical problems, allergies, recent injury or health problems. As certain treatments may need to be adapted, or you may need to check with a medical professional that a treatment is safe for you. By disclosing this information prior to arrival we can make the necessary checks to ensure your safety during your visit, failure to disclose the information prior to your appointment time may result in us not being able to do your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, any treatment cancelled with less than 48hours until your appointment, but more than 24 hours, will incur a 50% charge, any treatment cancelled with under 24 hours notice will incur the full charge of the booking without exception.
Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened accordingly.
